Prescient specializes in distressed assets, assisting our clients in the stabilization, repositioning, and disposition of all classes of real estate assets. Prescient also offers bank consulting services focused on Merger and Acquisition, Capital Raising, and Loss Share consulting and execution.

Prescient has revised the Request for Information and the Local Listing Broker Services Agreement, which are available by visiting the brokers page. Responding provides no assurance of listings, and we are not able to predict when or if properties will be assigned. Responses already received do not have to be re-submitted, but you may substitute any former response with a complete package clearly marked "Replacement." Please watch our website for announcements. We regret not being able to reply to individual status update requests.
